Who's behind it.

The website beelabs.pt and associated services are operated by Poderoso Código Unipessoal Lda, VAT 517849437, headquartered at Rua Cruz D’Argola, nº 901, 4810-225 Mesão Frio · Guimarães, Portugal.

"BeeLabs" is the brand used for the digital agency vertical. "BeeStore" is the brand used for the retail/telecom operation. Both operate under the same legal entity: Poderoso Código Unipessoal Lda. Invoicing and contracts are issued in the name of that company until the eventual formal incorporation of BeeLabs as an independent entity.

By browsing this site, contacting us, or requesting the free audit, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

The free audit.

The audit we offer is free, with no obligation, and with no pushy follow-up. The following rules apply:

• It is a diagnosis, not implementation. We identify issues, explain impact, estimate effort.
• We deliver a report within 48 business hours after receiving your complete request.
• The report is yours. You can adapt it, show it to other agencies, or ignore it. No obligation.
• We reserve the right not to perform the audit if we consider the scope is outside our area of competence (we warn you beforehand).
• The audit does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or formal cybersecurity diagnosis. It is a technical and strategic analysis focused on web/SEO/conversion/operations.

Permitted use of the site.

You may browse, share links, quote content (with attribution), and use the site as reference. You may not:

• Copy large portions of the site without written authorization.
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or databases.
• Use bots for mass scraping without authorization.

Intellectual property.

All content on this site (text, design, code, brand assets) is the property of Poderoso Código Unipessoal Lda or used under license. The "BeeLabs" brand, the wordmark, and the orange dot are registered trademarks or in the process of registration.

What we produce for you in a paid project is yours, in line with Conviction §04 ("Every project carries our name") and the specific terms of the project contract.

Liability limitations.

We strive to make all information on the site and in reports correct, but:

• Site content is informational, not binding professional advice.
• Free-audit recommendations are best-effort. Applying a recommendation is your decision.
• We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages from the use of the site or our recommendations.
• In contracted projects, liability is limited to the amount paid, as per project contract.
